A small team, and you know who does what
Outsourcing only works if you know who is doing what. We are a small team and people cover more than one role. We'd rather say so than dress it up as a bigger department.
Who works on your files
Engagement lead, team manager and senior accountants/bookkeepers
This group covers these functions between them: your single point of contact for the relationship, day-to-day oversight of deadlines, and the preparation work itself (bookkeeping, VAT, year-end accounts, tax computations) inside your existing systems.
Junior accountants/bookkeepers and admin/company secretarial
Another group handles supporting preparation work alongside admin and company secretarial tasks, including AML screening and CDD/EDD file preparation for client onboarding.
Quality review
A second, independent check on every file before it is sent to you. It is built into how the senior team reviews work.
IT and data security lead
One dedicated senior IT engineer, full-time, responsible for our security infrastructure and protocols. They are also the point of contact for any data-handling questions.
