1. Who we are

This website is operated by SM Global Accounting Services, a business registered in India, with its registered address in Mumbai, India. Email:admin@smglobalaccounting.co.in. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover use of this website only. They are not a client engagement contract.

2. This site is informational

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it forms a contract between us and you. A service engagement only begins once we have agreed scope, pricing and terms directly with your practice in a separate engagement letter. Actual client work is governed by that letter, not by this page.

3. Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current or error-free, and we may change the content at any time without notice. Figures and descriptions of our work are given in good faith and may change as our business does.

4. Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use it to send us anything unlawful or misleading. We may restrict access to the site at any time.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks

The content, design, images and branding on this site, including the SM Global logo, belong to SM Global Accounting Services unless otherwise stated. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish or reuse content from this site commercially without our written permission.

Product and company names mentioned on this site (for example Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS, CCH and TaxCalc) are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe the software we work in. No partnership with, or endorsement by, those companies is implied.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@smglobalaccounting.co.in. See also our Privacy Policy.
